Simon Kirby, Conservative Candidate for Brighton Kemptown & Peacehaven was delighted to hear that the Meadow Vale planning application was refused today.

Simon has been working alongside residents and the Save Our Deans group for a long time, opposing the proposed development at this site.

Simon said, “I have always been consistent that any new development in the city should be on brownfield and city centre land rather than greenfield sites such as Meadow Vale.”

“I have been contacted by thousands local people with their very real concerns about this development and alongside local residents am absolutely delighted that this latest application was refused today.”
